- Who is THRIVE for?
This program is NOT for the competitive crossfit athlete. This IS for you if you want to "recharge" your entire body and brain, regardless of your athletic and sporting background. Even though this is not geared towards competing, you may find that you still increase your overall performance and hit PRs. You can also expect to atleast maintain body composition if you are already at a top level, or more than likely, improve body composition. The major focus is to improve your everyday wellbeing, improve joint health, and even improve your metabolic markers, like blood sugar and inflammatory markers.
- Are the Workouts Designed for Me or a Group?
By nature THRIVE is a group program. However, what makes THRIVE unique is the ability to follow a given path depending on your initial assessments; both in your nutrition and your fitness abilities. After the initial fitness assessments, you will know exactly what needs to be improved upon and what are your existing strengths.

- Is the Nutrition Plan Designed for Me or a Group?
By nature THRIVE is a group program. However, what makes THRIVE unique is the ability to follow a given path depending on your initial assessments; both in your nutrition and your fitness abilities. After the initial nutrition assessment, you will be recommended to follow the Level 1, 2, or 3 program. Each level is specifically designed for a unique metabolic profile which you most closely fit. This makes THRIVE as customized as possible while still maintaining a group nature; this is unique to any other nutrition programs you will find online.

- How Long Can I Access the Program For?
You will receive access to the THRIVE program for 12 weeks after the start date via TrueCoach. After the conclusion of the program, your workout account will be archived unless you are continuing onto the next section. You will receive daily emails of your workout which you may save throughout your progression.
- How is it different from the individual VIP program?
THRIVE is a group program, so by nature it cannot take you as far as an individual VIP designed program, in terms of focusing on specific needs and goals. Individual VIP design also includes monthly consultations so your program evolves with you, as well as nutrition and lifestyle support. That being said, if at anytime throughout the THRIVE program you would like a consultation with either coach to assess your progress, you may purchase one here. (I was thinking it would be cool to link to a contact form).
- Can I Scale Movements?
Absolutely! You are welcome to scale any and all movements to your ability, injuries, or how you’re feeling on a particular day. We assume you have enough experience to modify as you see fit, but if you have any questions feel free to reach out via TrueCoach at any time – we’re here to support your experience. Most of the movements do not have prescribed weight on purpose – choose as you see fit, for your body and life, for each day.
- What Equipment Will I Need?
Below is a complete list of equipment for THRIVE. If you’re missing one or two things feel free to sub as you see fit or reach out to the coaches for assistance; many participants do the program in home gyms or even hotel gyms, substituting as needed while keeping the intended stimulus of the movement in mind. Don’t let lack of equipment become an excuse – keep moving, because a few missing pieces won’t matter in the long run.
